I'm currently Inclusion and Diversity Manager with Hargreaves Lansdown as well as co-chair of the Bristol Equality Network. I've just started my Occupational Psychology Doctoral journey with Birkbeck University so the next 4 years for me are going to be interesting. I also teach and perform comedy Improv and have seen the benefits of incorporating improvisation skills into the workplace to improve communication and confidence.
