Lauri is an experienced HR professional with a background in business partnering, learning and talent management. Lauri joined AIG in 2011 and has supported a number of business and functional areas working with local, regional and global leaders. She led Talent for the UK until her current role which gave her responsibility for a more diverse, multi-country remit. As Head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) for the UK and EMEA regions, she is responsible for setting and driving the DEI strategy under the BeingYou@AIG framework. Prior to AIG, Lauri held various HR and learning roles across a variety of industries including financial services, professional services, transport and retail. She has both a psychology degree and a postgraduate in HR from Kingston University and is a chartered member of the CIPD, the UK professional HR body.
