I'm a passionate trade union organiser, with 3 years experience of working with workers in the NHS. I'm excited by any opportunity to make trade union branches stronger, more engaged and more active and particularly enthusiastic about winning positive change for our members. My role at the RCM has taught me a lot about maternity services and I am loving my work with midwives and Maternity Support Workers in the North.
