I created the first ever Allyship Hub & Commitments and Strategy for my university and students' union whilst I was their Vice President of Welfare & Community. Before its creation, there was no centralised initiative to produce more allies, bringing in everyone from staff to students. The two projects were created over the course of my two years and they're still my pride and joy even though I have moved on from the role
