I'm passionate about building a more inclusive, equitable world through fighting inequality and changing systems. I'm currently Chief Impact Officer at Oxfam GB, Member of Council at University of Sussex, and a member of the Association of Charitable Foundations Funder Collaborative Hub strategy group. Past experience includes prominent roles at Comic Relief, Humanity & Inclusion, and Start Network. I was originally a physiotherapist.
