I joined Virgin Media O2 as Head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion in March 2022 and am responsible for the strategy and implementation diversity, equity and inclusion programmes across the business. Before joining VMO2 trust I led inclusion team at BBC, and was responsible for leading on the BBC’s strategic priority to become the UK’s most inclusive broadcaster. Have worked in DE&I across a number of sectors now including Law, Banking and Charity. Outside of work my passions are singing, running slowly, hiking and antique collecting.
