Keeping people safe and free from gender violence is fundamental to a healthy society and workplace thus the need for gender advocacy. My work consists of assisting in both community and rural development and offering technical services in various fields such as gender equality, gender mainstreaming, income generation, community mobilisation and developmental programs for disadvantaged groups. It entails actively supporting those facing difficulties based on gender and sexuality, and also identifying and questioning discriminatory behaviours as and when they may happen.
