Mini-marshalling & a tour of the Royal Courts of Justice, involving accompanying a judge for one day, in order to gain a real insight into the daily workings of the court, and how judges consider and manage cases. Provided an opportunity to explore different areas of the Law and learn more about the day-to-day life of barristers and judges. An excellent insight into how barristers and solicitors who have higher rights of audience conduct litigation.
