I had the opportunity to be an International Model United Nations delegate representing not only my university, but also the Russian Federation. During this experience, I was assigned to write a speech on a topic of any choice during the practice sessions. I entrusted in myself to think of a mundane topic but to write a speech that would still grab the attention of listeners. The highlight of this experience came when I won Delegate of the Week. It solidified my passion for speechwriting, international law, and diplomacy.
