I enjoy all things fitness, particularly Crossfit, which I have been doing for six years, and running, which I have been doing since I could run! I once ran a half marathon in a 7kg weighted vest for a mental health charity - a great cause, but never again! I also have two dogs, Ozzy Pawsbourne, a black lab and Pablo Escobark, a golden retriever, who keep me company in my home office.
