Prior to taking over Orchard Nurseries, I served as a strategic partner of senior executives in sales, product development, and other roles to rapidly accelerate international growth in B2B global companies. A pragmatic, innovative problem solver with a passion for identifying and developing high performing teams, leveraging exceptional interpersonal & communication skills, and championing the marketing as a driver of business. I hold professional and post-graduate diplomas in marketing, both from the University of Gloucestershire, and have completed the Harvard Business School Leadership Program. I am a Chartered Marketer and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Liveryman of the City of London, where I regularly contribute to the marketing community with a strong focus on pro-bono work and mentoring.
