Phillippa Hart incorporated Hart Training and Recruitment over 21 years ago after a successful career in HR and training in corporate organisations. Phillippa’s team still recruit across a broad range of industries, whereas she specialises in Executive search projects. She is a qualified NLP Business Master Practitioner and Business Coach. She works with a network of specialist associates and delivers a range of Talent Attraction, Interviewing, Equality, Diversity & Inclusion workshops, as well as Leadership programmes, to support forward thinking businesses. She is also Regional Director for an international network of recruitment agencies TEAM, representing over 60 independent agencies across the Midlands region, and is on the UK National Executive board. Phillippa is also a member of the Lichfield branch of the Soroptimists.
