During COVID, I took Yale’s course, The Science of Well-Being, which changed my entire outlook on life. I now empower others as an educator, happiness coach AND end-of-life doula, and activist. And, by the way, I highly recommend you take the course! It’s free! I receive no credit or income for that recommendation, but I have told many people to take it; it would be great if I did! My winding path has led me to nurture interconnectedness throughout each stage of life’s journey.
