An interesting, or unusual fact(s) about me…
During COVID, I took Yale’s course, The Science of Well-Being, which changed my entire outlook on life. I now empower others as an educator, happiness coach AND end-of-life doula, and activist. And, by the way, I highly recommend you take the course! It’s free! I receive no credit or income for that recommendation, but I have told many people to take it; it would be great if I did! My winding path has led me to nurture interconnectedness throughout each stage of life’s journey.

As the sole author of “Social Problems and Silver Linings” and co-author of “Implementing Success: Strategies for Effective Caregiving and Care Support,” I have distilled my decade of teaching experience into digestible lessons and actionable frameworks. Authoring these textbooks has allowed me to crystallize inclusive pedagogical approaches while further honing my appreciation for making knowledge accessible to all types of learners.
