I am a founder, advisor, and mentor with over 35 years of experience in the digital sector. I help scaling companies and their leaders to implement consistent processes and frameworks to facilitate growth and innovation, and to build great products. A dual US/UK citizen, I've worked in New York, Silicon Valley and London for some of the leading brands in tech and media, including Excite, Priceline, World Wrestling Entertainment, News Corp, Telegraph Media Group, the Los Angeles Times and Newsday. I led the European business for Excite, one of the early pioneers of the dot-com era, and have helped numerous other companies to expand internationally. I'm co-founder of SubHub, a leading SaaS platform for building and running profitable membership websites. I was a long-time member of the Entrepreneurs' Organization, serving its 18,000+ member entrepreneurs in chapter, regional and global leadership roles. I am an RSA Fellow and I serve on the editorial advisory board for the award-winning RSA Journal.
