I am a leadership and executive coach, L&D consultant, and managing partner of Equal Talent, a cultural change and coaching consultancy. We help organisations create more inclusive leaders, teams and cultures and we help women find camaraderie and professional development opportunities and support, via our She Has No Limits community, so that they can design the careers that we all deserve. Pro-bono, I chair exec committees for my children's Scout group and school PTA. And I am always looking for other purposeful organisations to support with my coaching and L&D skills.
