I love HR and have been working in the people space for over 16 years across various industries and sectors. After my last role as HRD leading 230 HR professionals, navigating significant HR service and transformational change, I am now mentoring and coaching HR leaders. In short I have been there, done that and got the T Shirt and want to help develop the next generation of HR leaders through my service.

HR leaders navigate their leadership challenges in the people profession. I have extensive experience in the transformational change space in both organisational development and effectiveness as well as HRIS systems. This can often be very challenging, isolating projects and having an additional support in the form of an HR coach could be invaluable to the success of the change.

Standing in front of my team at a team away day with my leadership team for the first time. I had worked at the organisation for three years prior overseeing a smaller team, I knew the people well and cared about them. To be stood in front of them as the HRD describing the vision and cheering them on for what they had achieved to date felt great. Very proud moment.
