I'm a Certified Co-active Life coach. In my previous career over 30 years, I was a strategist in Comms agencies. My mission is to help women be every bit of ourselves. Regardless of the environment we find ourselves in. Not to dim the light on any of our talents because they aren't acceptable to society, the company or anyone else. I want to see us all being confident to show our strength, to have our voices heard, to be vulnerable and brave, courageous and empathetic. To be who we really are. And to live as we want.

Extending my impact through coaching and supporting women. I'd like more people to experience coaching. To know it's there when they're stuck, feeling flat, struggling to cope with a situation or simply want a future that's somehow different from the present. It helps you build confidence, know yourself better, be braver and in the long run, live a more fulfilled life.
