Ella is a purpose driven Diversity and Inclusion leader with 5 year’s experience, spanning LGBT+ inclusion globally and nationally. After 9 years at IBM, Ella is now Vodafone UK’s LGBT+ D&I Leader and spearheads education and allyship for all Vodafone employees. What drives Ella is creating thriving communities and safe spaces where employees have a true sense of belonging. Outside of work, Ella is passionate about furthering inclusion in sport and is the Secretary of The London Royals Hockey Club, and a member of England Hockey’s D&I Advisory Group.
