I am Nutritional Therapist from The health sciences academy, Somatic Breathwork and trauma informed practitioner. Most people know how to eat healthy, for me the question has been what’s blocking them to apply. From my experience It’s not lack of willpower or laziness it’s childhood experiences and conditioning over the years. Hence along with nutrition I facilitate my clients to clear out the stress that’s blocking them to build the muscle to eat for their well being.

I’d like to help by holding space for people who are struggling to apply themselves in the area of nutrition and facilitate clearing stress.

I cook intuitively even though I am not familiar with spices and their combinations. I like it :)
