Seddik Abdel Meguid El Dabaa is currently the Managing Director of Pentapyramid LLC and Solution Partner of Harrison Assessments International, MENA Region, based in Dubai, UAE. His sphere of expertise encompasses Strategic Business Partnership, People Capability Building, Leadership Development, and Culture Building. Seddik was heading the Training & Development for Hilton Taba Red Sea and Cairo Nile Hilton. He then ventured into the restaurants industry joining Americana Group, where he handled the integration of HR and Management Development strategies and systems with a roster of more than 40,000 employees, Seddik is a certified Assessor by Harrison Assessments International and, a certified facilitator of the American Hotel and Lodging Association. He is also a certified facilitator by the DDI (Development Dimensions International). Seddik is the author of “Building Your Pentapyramid Life” book, focusing on Personal Growth and striking the right balance within the 5 tracks in life (Physical, Spiritual, Social, Professional, and Financial).
