At the forefront of neurodivergent coaching, my experience in Autism and ADHD has enabled me to craft approaches that allow Neurodivergent individuals to reach their potential. I can support with the difficulties and challenges that can be specific to anxiety, ADHD and autism. As a neurodivergent myself, I promise that you can not only survive life but thrive. Throughout our coaching time together, you will develop self-awareness, knowledge, skills and the tools and confidence to take action. I know there’s no ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach, but with my sustained guidance and assistance, I can help people reach their maximum potential and make positive changes. My systemic coaching model looks at all aspects, life, mind, body and environment. I also draw upon a mix of approaches and techniques to facilitate your own personal journey and development.
