A former investment banker, for the past 10-years, I have served as CFO to family offices & privately-owned firms in southern California, United Arab Emirates (Dubai and Abu Dhabi) and Saudi Arabia across tech (SaaS), real estate and manufacturing sectors.

I am actively exploring CFO positions in the US and outside the US. In my last CFO role at Rallio (www.rallio.com), a California-based SaaS social media firm, I completed all the KPIs including placing the company on a sound financial footing and on the market for a liquidity event this year (2024). I am now available to move on to the next opportunity as CFO either in the US or overseas.

Lived and worked in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Saudi Arabia before returning home to Southern California in 2022. Though not a "techie", I am a serious student of Generative AI (Gen AI) and its commercial applications.

1. Restructured an extremely "painful" venture debt with an interest rate in double digits and held the lender at bay. 2. Prepared a SaaS digitial media company for sale 3. Prepared a large steel manufacturer for its debut high yield bond ($500 million) and, in tandem, obtained highest possible "conventional" credit rating from Fitch and an ESG one from Sustainalytics (a unit of the US-based Morningstar).
