I am a powerful, courageous, wholehearted change-maker experienced in large-scale cultural transformation and systems change with Fortune 500 and SMB companies, in the US and the UK; both face-to-face and remotely with a fully distributed workforce. I have been honored to work with companies like Apple and Charles Schwab. For eighteen years, I have been guiding companies — and humans — into the best version of themselves. As an org designer, I support companies in learning to operate better. I pioneer innovative approaches to change and problem solving, teaching organizations to build and scale so they can do their best work in constant uncertainty, and complexity. My work in the world teaches leaders and teams across the org to (re)shape systems to share power and better distribute hierarchy, tend to culture, and master courageous leadership. Every human in the company plays a role in owning and ensuring quality of product, customer experience, and employee engagement and connection. This work creates the conditions for experimentation, innovation, equity, inclusivity, collaboration, and for doing our best work. I have been honored to move thought forward with publications such as The Economist, am an accomplished writer, speaker, entrepreneur, and Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator (studying with Brené Brown).
