I am Head of HR and Place responsible for a number of HR services in CCS - HR Ops, Payroll, Reward, Performance, Talent, Pay and HR Policy. As Employee Relations lead for CCS, I also work closely with the trade union side. I also lead the Health & Safety and Estates team and set up the Race Equality Network.
