Hello! I am a curious former GC (Onfido, Google UK & IE), now entrepreneur. My entrepreneurial home is Jelleyworks, the company from which I provide both coaching, and consulting aimed at creating more inclusive workplaces. Happily the two worlds coincide as I focus increasingly on "inclusion coaching", and community building. I moved from London, UK, to Finland in 2018. It is not as random as it sounds: I'm half Finnish, though left the country when I was 7....

If you are thinking through a knotty topic, existential or practical, do get in touch: "coaching" just really means "thinking partnership", and thinking partnership is what I love to provide.
