I have worked in financial marketing over the past decade after roles in automotive and legal marketing, working at two of largest banks in the UK. In my current role, where I am the Head of Channel Engagement for intermediaries, I transformed Barclays approach to Intermediary marketing, advertising and events. I have set up and led a new multi-channel marketing and events team, which in 2020 expanded to cover all Business Development as well. I have delivered several successful campaigns that have contributed strongly towards a 10% year on year increase in sales plus a 60-point increase in Intermediary awareness and NPS scores, and have won national industry awards. I am extremely passionate about delivering marketing that provides tools and information enabling all our clients and brokers to succeed by devoting significant time listening to them to get their perspective on how Barclays can further improve the service it provides them. In addition to my role, I have organised participation in the Mortgage Sleep Out for our industry for the charity, End Youth Homelessness; being the only high street lender to do so. I have also recently climbed Mount Kilimanjaro as well a hiking expedition on the Great Wall of China raising thousands of pounds in support of a small local children’s charity. In my part time, I'm studying to complete a MSc in Business and Strategic Leadership where I am only one of 24 candidates chosen by Barclays as their leaders of tomorrow. I am also an active member of the Barclays Women’s Network; WIN.
