I am an Assurance & Controls Manager at Network Rail working on HS2. A determined, highly organised Project Manager with 17 years rail experience specialising in assurance, compliance and project controls. Before joining the railway, I worked in a variety of fields from construction, engineering, manufacturing and telephony which has given me solid leadership skills within diverse backgrounds, I pride myself on development and mental health, with coaching and counselling qualifications. I have been an advocate for equality, diversity and inclusion and for Cultural Fusion for several years before joining the leadership team two years ago. Outside of work – I continue my passion for mental health as a Samaritans volunteer and help to run a local independent stroke club for survivors and their families.
