Can I choose two - one in my career and one as a business owner? Career - I worked at O2 and I was responsible for making sure that the whole business was 100% operationally ready to handle the massive event known as Olympics 2012. I remember being on our “control centre” as the opening ceremony took place, with all our key engineers, press office, managers on a conference call all saying “yes, all good here, nothing to report”. It felt so so special. Own business - just as recently as May 2021, winning Momentus’ first proper retained client - a rolling 12 month contract to provide all the learning, development, leadership and coaching services for a national managed services business.
