After many years of working as a Business Analyst within the healthcare sector, I am dropping back down to earth and concentrating on helping the SME business to gain momentum and start to achieve its aims by advising on the one subject that is always missing in its drive to become a recognised entity. It is the Business Process. Think of them as a checklist when pitching for a client. As one lovely tutor of mine always used to say "Just get the ducks in a row" Workflow will do the rest.

I feel I am in a transition from just being a freelance BA, to a Consultant focusing on green shoot SMEs. building a small business behind me directing other experts in their field.

I enjoy travelling and always have my camera at the ready. I seem to have taken to digital photography, taking pictures is ok, but setting a sequence of pictures to a picture show accompanied by a piece from Mozart or any of the other greats adds a difference.
