Started life out in marketing, moving slowly into a dual role of marketing and PR which I did for several years before landing in internal comms at my current company where I've now been for 8+ years. Love the challenge of finding new ways to communicate with the team and engage them in our messaging and initiatives.

Engaging with our employees who work on client site (financial institutions) as they often don't have access to our own systems for security reasons.

I once trained a group of 'celebrities' to use voice recorders for the long forgotten ITV reality show 'Deadline', and I was in the Guinness Book of Records for being part of a 30-mile convoy of Subarus in honour of dearly departed rally legend Colin McRae.
