I am a service designer with 15 years experience delivering digital products and services. I started my career in South East Asia where I taught design for interactive media at RMIT and co-founded a digital agency. After nearly a decade, I moved to the UK and joined SPARCK as a UX consultant to work on digital transformations programs for large corporates and public sector organisations. After nearby 15 years abroad I decided to move back to my native France I am now based in Lyon and working with amazing colleagues in frog. I love the craft that goes behind designing products and services that are easy to use and the challenge of solving complex problems that come with trying to make technology fit humans needs (and not the opposite) My current interests are in Sociocracy, Human Centered design, system thinking, design fiction, knowledge-sharing and how we collectively utilise design thinking to tackle the systemic challenges we are facing.
