I am a Non-Executive Director at Cheshire and Warrington Local Enterprise Board (LEP) and an experienced Board Member who has successfully contributed to business growth in governance area. Being a CEO of AUE Limited, Senior Advisor at the University of Chester, Director of Bowen Education, and National Manager of Office of Ethnic Communities at Department of Internal Affairs, I have executive experiences and skills operating at a strategic level. I have worked in various boards as Trustee or Board Member dealing with complex governance issues for over 13 years. I have been a Trustee at Citizens Advice Wirral of 3 years, being the joint Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Lead and the sole Digital Lead. At board level, what I do is to create a vision to lead the organisation’s transformation and work collaboratively to lead management team’s effort in growth strategy creation, challenge key decisions on services scope, policies and evaluation frameworks for higher performance.
