I am motivated by driving business impact through strong organisational culture, embedding D&I and delivering aligned people strategy. I enjoy supporting people's potential and helping them to live and work their best lives. I've managed teams in food retail, the third sector and served in the people function of the largest equal pay, democratically governed, worker owned co-operative. Currently I am looking after the people function in a financial services start-up in Leeds and I sit on the Board of Trustees at Kala Sangam, an arts charity in Bradford. I haven't always worked in HR, I started in food retail and hospitality which gives me a strong business and people approach to HR leadership.
