I am motivated by driving business impact through strong organisational culture and delivering aligned people strategy. I've managed teams in food retail, the third sector and served in the people function of the largest equal pay, democratically governed, worker owned co-operative. Currently I am looking after the people function in a financial services start-up in Leeds and I sit on the Board of Trustees at the Bradford Arts Centre. I haven't always worked in HR, I started in food retail and hospitality which gives me a valuable combination of commercial and people focussed HR.
