Changing the work culture of every tech company in the world and making them more human-centered i.e. ensure that the organizations prioritize catering to the hard-wired human needs of employees. Research proves that doing so increases the sense of belonging (which is directly proportional to retention rates and productivity)

I see humor in most situations. I once slept on a bench under the Eiffel tower once because I didn't have enough money. Funnily enough, I was afraid of being mugged until I realized the probably mugger would have more money on them than me. I laughed out loud and slept soundly.

Publishing a non-fiction book on a topic that I knew very little about when I started. I did it while working a full-time job in a silicon valley tech company. It was one of the hardest things I ever did. Fun fact: I sold 150 copies of the book in an Indiegogo campaign when I barely had a poor-first draft of the manuscript available!
