My ultimate goals are to: Lead and collaborate globally. I.e engage in national and global consultation to meet dynamic global health & care challenges. Continue to challenge the system to embrace the nursing profession as equitable partners in health and care. Progress nursing as a STEM profession. Support early career nurses and undergraduate nurses to develop their leadership as our future leaders.
