Every time I win a pitch or place someone into a job I get an overwhelming feeling of contentment - it's the dopamine hit that keeps me on my game. However, the commercial highlight was the first time I beat a roster of big corporate headhunters to a pitch to hire a CEO, I was only in my early 30's and it was a big moment. Also, collecting a Recruiter award at the nationals, beating every other recruitment agency in the UK, it's a very competitive market so that recognition hit home.
