My responsibility is searching and selecting the very best brands in the ecommerce space, who have high volumes of voucher code and cashback activities and who we think we can help deliver even better performance. We focus on three major areas 1. Control of voucher code promotions to leverage better exclusive partnerships 2. Delivering better promotional journeys to increase conversion and engagement 3. Responding to the specific needs of advertisers who want to solve any particular snags in their programs, such as improving their Cashback journeys onsite with CashbackX. I joined this industry around a year ago, having been a travel and inflight publisher for 8 years prior. Joining this industry has given me a new perspective on how much more value can be delivered for brands in both direct sales, customer acquisition and their customer experience, with a refreshing focus on relationships at its core. Equally, I like to think I'm returning the favour by bringing a fresh perspective to the industry as well as the problems and challenges our partners - from merchants, networks and affiliates are all faced with.
