An experienced Chartered Engineer who has worked in Avionics and IT during my early career. Additional qualifications in Organization Behaviour led me to become client centric and worked with Boards to change organization cultures "starting with the end in mind" that led to improved customer relationships and improved efficiency and effectiveness.
