My expertise lies in helping and advising health and nutrition professionals on how to stay ahead in today's competitive market — so they can win and wow premium clients and help them achieve their health goals. I’m also a Registered Dietitian and specialise in a wide range of areas, including but not limited to Diabetes, Weight Management, and Nutrition Education.

Adding to my knowledge of social media apps and further developing my communication skills so I can support more health and nutrition professionals with building successful and meaningful careers.

Just two years ago, during the start of the COVID-19 lockdowns, I left my 8–12 hour job as a Clinical Dietitian. Providing nutrition services to my clients and helping them improve their health gave me immense satisfaction. But, I wanted to reach a broader audience and create a bigger impact. So when I first came in contact with the THSA team, I took the leap of faith to fulfil my vision — and it surely paid off! Now, I’m a hands-on mom, a nutrition professional, and a Success Manager at the world’s largest, 100% science-based, online educational institution!
