Diane‘s professional bio / interests
Diane Walker is responsible for leading SonicWall’s demand generation strategy to create and accelerate revenue opportunities for the business. Because she got her business start reporting directly to sales, Diane has been accountable for pipeline creation and acceleration with resulting revenue from the beginning. Since then, she has served in a multitude of marketing leadership roles with companies including Microsoft, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and SAP. Before joining SonicWall, Diane led the Microsoft ABM Americas practice and created McAfee’s Global Demand Center, transforming it into digital-first, data-centric organization. The experience and insight Diane has gained throughout her career has transformed her into a force multiplier, empowering her teams to overachieve revenue goals across the go-to-market ecosystem: global marketing teams, sales, strategic partners, and professional services. She excels at blending an artistic vision with a scientific approach, producing meaningful customer experiences that are both innovative and data driven. Diane holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Texas. Her passions are life-long learning, sharing best practices and developing new leaders.
