I have worked in the insurance industry for 17 years and have experienced several different businesses as employers. The last 3 years I have been working on proposition development and project delivery. I have just joined the CII in the above role and responsibilities include developing and implementing the way we improve value to and engage with our members and their world. A big part of this is working with advisory panels from different areas of the industry who want to help raise standards and give something back to the industry and the people in it.
