Thelma is a highly motivated and passionate finance enthusiast who has strong communication skills and is comfortable working in a team of diverse cultures. She has a B.Sc. in economics and is currently a graduate student in Finance at the University of Ibadan, Nigeria. Thelma has contributed to her community development through volunteering to educate over a thousand young girls on their legal rights and participating in national and international conferences that fight violence against women. She is an SDG advocate and she hopes to pursue a career in the World Bank to foster global development and reduce gender discrimination.
