I helped grow a Digital Agency from £200k to £17m in Rev, from 5 people to 120 & was ranked in both the Sunday Times Tech Track 100 & Deloitte Technology Fast50 (2008, 09, 10). More recently I’m in a start-up again this time focusing on technology for online-retailers enabling them to understand their customer's intent at scale, to align their offer effectively across all acquisition channels.

My skills are in large site architecture and alignment to customers by understanding ALL of the data that is available. I love to chew the fat around data science, machine learning, A/B testing, SEO/PPC, UX/CX and using automation to be just more efficient across all digital channels.

Delivering a 6.8% increase in sitewide RPV for a customer in just 7 weeks, proven unequivocally within A/B test. This equated to an incremental of 10s of Millions £s and I only promised 1% > Onwards!
