Sales and business development professional. Worked at IQPC in the early days (8 years) - number of roles in UK/US but sales focused. Then a stint at the Guardian with Sales Director before joining Bench 10 years ago - helping develop the hotel investment portfolio grow and diversify. Now working across Hotel (Alternative Real Estate) asset classes, Aviation and Restaurants.

Cash flow is and will be key moving into 2022. However, during 2020/21 (with no or limited in-person events) we transformed well to digital (even if our communities are/were resistant to online events). The challenge now is to shape the business for success over the coming few years.
