I am Verónica De la Fuente, a Chilean-Swiss economist with more than 15 years in the financial sector. The experience of living and working abroad naturally led me to work in the field of intercultural training in 2004, first in Brazil and then in Europe. In 2009 I became a professional coach and my area of expertise is intercultural coaching and the topics of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. ICF accredited PCC Coach. Former chapter leader of the Swiss-French chapter, representative of ICF Switzerland in the ICF Synergie group. Co-author of the book "L'Intelligence Interculturelle aux service des coachs". Lecturer of the Intercultural Management course in the MBA program at the Catholic University of Chile. I am currently based with my multicultural family in French-speaking Switzerland. I work in Europe and Latin America in 4 languages: Spanish, French, English, and Portuguese.
