d&i Leaders launched in June 2018, with the aim of bringing together global diversity, inclusion and HR related professionals to accelerate change. Since then, myself and the d&i Leaders team have established an annual programme of strategic in-person and online summits and conferences, training and webinars, which in 2022 alone have attracted more than 15,000 attendees, 200+ speakers and a range of sponsors. The growing d&i Leaders Club for in-house DE&I and HR related professionals has 15,000+ member organisations and www.dileaders.com has built up a vast amount of free to access content including practical insight reports, news articles on a range of D&I topics and on demand presentations and webinars.
