Involved in all aspects of the management of land and planning related matters pertaining to two large regeneration sites; Poets Corner (c. 1100 new homes + 20,000 sq ft commercial); and Grange Farm (c. 530 new homes). Wates Residential is Harrow Council’s partner in the equally owned Harrow Strategic Development Partnership (HSDP). The HSDP will deliver over 2,000 new homes across four brownfield sites, as well as a new civic centre, a primary school, commercial premises and create new public/green spaces at the heart of the local community.
