I am an excellent communicator with exemplary listening skills who thrives in working as part of a team as well as individually. Through my empathy, I am able to develop positive relationships with colleagues and clients at different levels. I value equality and inclusion, which is demonstrated through my co-chairing of the Racial Equality Action Group at Network Homes.
