I've been in Operations for over 15 years; working for small start ups as well as larger international companies. I love Operations and making Back Office/Business Support work efficiently and for the business. I'm a huge fan of Bullhorn as a CRM and love systems - automating processes and utilising the best tech to makes things great for consultants. Outside of work - cheese & red wine are a winner.
