In my current role I lead the total reward vision, strategy and team, encompassing compensation, benefits, performance and employee recognition. Reporting in to the US based Global VP of Total Rewards, my focus is on creating total rewards offerings that are culturally appropriate and competitive within our respective countries within the international market (UK, Continental Europe, Australia, New Zealand and Brazil). In addition to the annual compensation activities, I am also engaged in optimising our International Total Reward platform (Gear Up) related to benefit administration and enhanced benefits. Since joining Cox Automotive International in 2019, I have elevated my career and expanded my experience within the compensation and total reward space in a variety of progressive leadership roles. I have over twenty years of leadership experience in Total Rewards and Compensation, including tenure at MAG (Airports Group) in Manchester, England; 2 Sisters Food Group (food manufacturer); and Northern Foods (food manufacturer) in Leeds, England. I enjoy spending time with my husband of 20 years and three grown children as well as my 3-year-old granddaughter. I also love spending time with friends alongside a tasty meal (and wine!).
